The Site
Cookies - The shopping cart uses per-session cookies, i.e. Unless you specifically
request that your data is saved for you next visit, all data will be removed
when you close your browser.
We do not have a paper catalogue.
Ordering
In addition to Credit Card payment you can also send a Cheque, Postal Order
or Cash by registered mail if you wish. Choose these options at the cashier
part of the site. Cheques should be made payable to 'Elentaris Ltd' and sent
to the address below.
Delivery You should receive your order within 10 working days. If you have not received
it after this time please email us to make sure your order is being dealt with.
Orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Packet Post. For most orders packages
are made to fit through a standard letterbox, so you should not need to be in
at the time of delivery.
Postage and Packing is £2.50 in the UK, from £3.50 to Europe and from £4.50 to the US.
Plain packaging will be used for your order (unless you want inch high letters

Returns
We appreciate that manufacturers all have different ideas of what a single size
should be, so will accept the return any garment that doesn't fit, and replace
it with a larger size. Please see terms &
conditions for more details.
Security
All credit card processing is done at the WorldPay secure payment site. Credit
cards accepted are Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch Solo, Amex, and JBC. You
will know your are on a secure server when a padlock / key appears in the status
bar of your browser.
Your credit card details never leave the Worldpay secure server, only your order
requirements are received here.

Terms and Conditions
Returns We offer a money back guarantee on all garments, with the exception of Motif garments made to order. Should any item be unsuitable you may return it at your own cost. Please ensure the package has adequate postage, and for your own safety obtain proof of posting. Please include your name and order reference , wrap securely and send to the address above. We will exchange or refund as appropriate. The postage and packing cost is not refundable. Items returned for a refund where no postage was originally paid will be subject to a postal charge of £2.50, unless the goods are faulty or dispatched in error. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of return.
Please note, in the interests of hygiene we cannot accept returns for knickers or hosiery items unless they are unworn, still in the original packaging or faulty.
Faulty items should be returned within a reasonable time, and we will gladly refund or replace, including any carriage charges. We recommend you obtain proof of postage for all packages, as Elentaris Limited cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Payment We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Amex, and JBC. United Kingdom and Euro cheques are acceptable, but your order may not be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared. All credit/debit card details given over the Internet to this site are encrypted and are processed by WorldPay. By making use of WorldPay we have the most sophisticated online trading system available. It allows us to safely process your credit card payment with the bank, and complete the financial transactions securely behind protected firewalls. Cheques should be made payable to "Elentaris Ltd". For large orders we require payment by certified payment (cheque or PO), credit cards or paypal will not be acceptable.
Prices All prices quoted on our pages are in GB pounds sterling and include VAT.
Postage & Packing A charge is added to all orders for postage & packing.

EU air mail £3.50 for orders under £20
USA air mail £4.50 for orders under £45
Rest of world - we do not ship outside the countries listed above.

Email is the prefered method of communication. Telephone enquires can be made 9.00 am till 5.30pm GMT on weekdays. We try to reply to email within a hour of receiving it during the hours of 9.00 am to 9.00 pm seven days a week. The telephone number is a standard BT line and will be charged at standard BT rates.
Confidentiality and Privacy Statement Elentaris Ltd is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users while providing the highest possible quality of service.The information collected by Elentaris Ltd is the customer name, address and email address, telephone number (if you give it) In addition Worldpay will collect credit card information and optionally telephone number. This information is needed so that your order can be posted to you. Customer email addresses are needed as a point of contact to discuss order queries. Any personal data will not be sold, given or passed on to third parties. No marketing material will be sent to you at any time, all correspondence will strictly be in regards to your outstanding order. All personal details are securely protected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984. Should you wish to view any information that we may hold on you, please write to us at the address detailed above. Credit card details are never held on our computers. Our payment service provider (Worldpay or paypal) will process your credit card details over a secure connection. Details of their security procedures can be found at Worldpay and paypal sites. Cookies are used only within the shopping area of this web site, their function is solely to store your shopping cart, and are removed after your order has been placed.
